The RPES Staff Person of the Year honors an exceptionally dedicated and skilled RPES educator or staff member who goes above and beyond the call of duty, is supportive of the learning environment, and develops relationships with students, educators, and staff.

Thank you to all the students and parents who submitted nominations for the Staff Person of the Year. We’re lucky to have so many dedicated, inspiring staff members at our school—this award from the Parent Teacher Association is just one way to celebrate the impact they make every day.
This year’s recipient brings energy, empathy, and joy to everything she does—whether she’s cheering students on through a 40 Book Challenge, donning a colorful wig for an inventors’ showcase, surprising students with Secret Readers, or supporting the Ritchie Park Student Government Association.
