Afterschool Programs
The Ritchie Park PTA works with community organizations to offer our students onsite after school activities and programs. Programs will be available in the Fall, Winter, and Spring sessions.

Activities begin at the end of the school day (3:30) and children will be dismissed directly from their homerooms to their program at the end of the day

Classes generally run 1 hour - 1 hour and 15min.

It is advised to send your child with a snack to eat during any activity you might enroll them in.

Parents are responsible for picking up your child or arranging for aftercare at the established end time. Students will not be able to remain unattended at the school once the designated activity ends for the day.
Please Note: All activities will provide one need-based scholarship per session. Contact the vendor directly to apply. Students may only receive one need-based scholarship per session.

Reduced Pricing & Scholarships
Reduced pricing and scholarship assistance may be available for Ritchie Park families in need. To inquire about support and help facilitate assistance, please contact our school counselor, Ms. Rachel Greif, at Rachel_S_Greif@mcpsmd.org
